Suggestion: Redo the tutorial. Sort it by relevance to new players.

Reason: The current tutorial overwhelms players by flooding them with information. Sorting the new tutorial by relevance to new players (cover starting, basic ranks, basic channels) before covering information that new players might not care about (higher ranks, etc)

Any Other Information: I've built the mini-tutorials at mining spawn, I could probably do something similar for an actual tutorial.
