Minecraft Name: Original_Jackson Suggestion: I suggest the command /sell all -(item) be added. Reason: When mining, building, anything where you have lots of items in your inventory, you might want to sell things aside from a certain item. For example, today while mining I decided I wanted to keep all my diamonds, but this is made hard because I suaully do /sell all. If I could do /sell all -diamond then I would be able to do so. Any Other Information: We can do /sell (itemname) -(number) already. ex: /sell diamond -1 would save 1 diamond. Link To This Plugin: None.
Bring a chest with you and drop the diamonds on them. This would be useful but there is /sell hand. it seems like more work to type all the items you want to keep especally if some names are longer then others. -1
You can use a chest, but it makes things much, much easier. I don't think this should be too to difficult to code, so I feel this should be implemented. +1
I think this is a fantastic idea. This reminds me of what google does with searching. In advanced search you can type x phrase - x word, and it's another way to refine your search. This would be great for mining hoarders because, as you said, sometimes there's a gem you want to keep or sell to a shop. Often times, I want to sell Redstone, but not Lapis or Diamond because I want those items in my shop. This would be an extremely beneficial modification, and I'd love to see it added. +1
I get what you are saying, but with the way I and many others mine this would be highly inconvenient and profit depriving. We already have the command to save some of the item, so the same argument could be made, however it seems it was worthy enough of its own command, as I believe this one is. @Chundi_Jr not everyone has /EEC and for carrying around an endear chest, you would already need a silk pickaxe to pick it up, so you probably would not be using a fortune pickaxe anyways, and for whatever reason else, see above

Who says it needs to be one thing? If you don't want to sell multiple items? that's what this is for >.> not just one lol. Say u just don't want to sell dimonds, mossy stone, and Redstone. Just quickly placing a chest is best or just toss them and make sure your alone. But as for originals suggestion I can see why some people would like it but it seems quicker to just do it manually.
Actually I think I would like this if it can toggled on or off so it can constantly save your diamonds, Redstone, ect. That would be useful instead of constantly /sell all -(x) or manually removing. what do you think of that? @Original_Jackson
Yes this would work as well as maybe like /keep diamonds or something like that. I still am suggesting the OP, however.
