Yes please. I always have to toss them on the ground and hope I don't accidentally pick them up later. I vote we sell allll the doors!

The only reason that they are not able to be sold to the server is because there was a duping glitch that you could do with them. Although I am not aware of the specifics of this dupe, I am sure it would not be worth your while to replicate at $0.05 and because of that, I support this fully.

I would love this even if they were $.00. It's just annoying to have millions of doors clogging up everything.

 

Most of the people agreeing weren't around when the /sell value was removed.

There was a major duping bug, that as far as i'm aware, still exists.

As far as I know, the bug is very easy to produce, and you can get an inventory of doors in seconds, thus making it worth while.

However, this is all I have last heard of this duping bug, maybe it isn't around anymore, and we can add this. :)

 

For the record, a full inventory of doors is only 36 doors; 36 * .05 = $1.80, and even if you could "reload" and inventory full of doors in 1 second, that would still be $1.80 per second, or $6480 per hour, and pretty much any type of farming will allow you to make about twice as much as this. So, even if there was a duping glitch, I don't think it would really affect the economy, considering it would be such a waste of time. :p

 

Still, we don't want to encourage duping, people might think it's okay.

 

If the duping glitch is still around and people know how to go about it, the price can simply be $0, like sand or gravel. So the duping glitch is useless, but people can get rid of their doors to clear their inventories without having to resort to lava or walking a distance to throw em in order to not risk picking em up by accident.
I would love for this to be a sellable item. I've had too many occurrences where doors have taken up inv. space and I've had no way of easily removing them.
If the dupe glitch is gone, then $0.10 or $0.05 would be fine for a door price (would still be alright with $0). :)

Yeah, $0.00 like sand or gravel would be great. I see no problem with that.
