Reason: The feature costs $10,000 and the money will be taken without warning after typing /skull. For those who are unaware of the costs, or may get persuaded to type the command, it could be an expensive mistake. A simple message such as "Are you sure you want to buy your own skull for $10,000? +1 I could see players trolling random residents with the command; I think we should add the info that it costs 10k to the confirmation also.

If only our community did not have the trolls, this suggestion would not even be necessary. That said, I agree, it really should be done.
Thanks for your input. It's not only trolls though, possibly people want their own head but are unaware of the costs. 95% of the reason though is to prevent possible trolling.
