Not sure how Andrew would toggle all this...but a worldTP works out fine.

 

Black, I would not tag Andrew unless it's important (also, asking him things like that tends to make him less likely to do them :b).

I do not think Snipe Box should be exclusive to people with donation features. Minerun isn't exclusive, nor have any of his other silly game-events.

 

So this suggestion only favors those with Fly+ and makes it unfair for those without it.

 

Or maybe if there was some way to disable fly in a certain area? (Like 200 blocks within snipe box for 15 minutes or the duration of the snipe?)

 

Pffft, just disable for the whole mining world. Anyone who's not at the snipe, doesn't want to go to the snipe, and is mining, and has fly, will just have to wait.

If we're gonna limit fly to fly+, I'd prefer just to turn it off.

 

No I mean if there was a way where they could do it in a certain area in the mainworld, for a temp amount of time for a official snipe event.

We could always use the aether, practically no one goes there anymore. But if someone was flying *extremely likely* then we'd have problems. Andrew could always issue a chat alert "30 seconds, stop flying"

 

True, that would work pretty well. But yes, you're right, flying would have to be disabled because normal fly works in the aether.
