Got a lot, so here we go. (They're all tied together though).
Phase I: Change to SG
Change SG to not allow people to spawn in kits until 60 seconds after grace period ends.
This allows everyone 1 minute of kit-free play. You would also be able to disable how kit free matches reset kit cooldowns, allowing for the implementation of [this suggestion]. Overall this could result in quite the morale boost for new players.
Phase II: Add a New Minigame
Ideally this minigame would have two qualities, being popular and possibly having purely cosmetic perks that would be a reasonable supporter feature.
This would create an influx of players (and ideally more feature purchases) which would then make Phase III more feasible.
Phase III: Overhaul SG
Slowly work through the various SG kits, removing the unpopular ones with coupons to those who had them and nerfs to the popular kits to bring them to reasonably fair levels (except spy, just remove that too - invis is too overpowered no matter what when people simply aren't expecting it).
Ideally this will make SG playable by the masses and the increased support from Phase II will make the mass coupons feasible. In turn we begin keeping even more players and this would result in more features being obtained, resulting in more funds for expansion/advertising.
Any Other Information: If SG is successfully overhauled, reset/make a new leaderboard and new set of medals too?

I like 2 and 3.
I don't feel like 1 would do anything though. I feel like it would result in the people with kits simply avoiding the nonkit users for 60 secs and then it would be a battle of who can spawn their kits the fastest. If anything make it 5 mins at least so that the nonkitters will have gear that can possibly stand a chance against kits. -

I would love to see #1 added.it would make things easier for some people. And I think #2 will have to wait until the server hub is created. #3 will take a long time, but I think it's completely worth it.

@dumdum71 the only thing I have against waiting 5 minutes for kits is that most games don't even last 5 minutes to begin with, or it is at the very end of the game. If I had to wait 5 minutes after grace period to use my kit, most games they would be totally useless

Ok, Spy is fairly easy to counter once you learn about it. All it takes is listening to footsteps or even the default particles. Someone only using spy has 0 armor. This means they can get melted very easily. Spy isn't op imo as a spy user.

Staff or not staff everyone's opinions are equal.
Anyway, sounds fun I guess but what about people who already have pretty much all the features? Gift cards and ecd are worthless to them.-

It's not easy to counter if you aren't expecting it. If you don't expect to see someone invisible, you never will, because you're not looking. New players won't be looking. New players will never be looking.
Sell the gift cards for ECD? Get the new features that are available (there's tons of features, I'm sure you can find something you'd like but don't have, and I imagine the hub will bring the addition of more cool features).-

Well, I seem to have forgotten that sg games only last 3 mins or so now. I still don't think 1 min would do anything effective though. Also, now that I think about it, I'm not sure if I agree with phase 3 either. The unpopular kits are also the least powerful kits. They are not a big issue if the more popular kits are still there.

I will die right after grace if this gets implemented. I don't care if this makes SG more playable, I care about me and my kits. -
I mean, SG being more playable will likely mean more builders for you to kill if thats what you care about.
