I think we should implement an inactivity limit on staff applications. There's a couple users in particular who have been inactive since applying for staff, especially when one applicant has been inactive over two months.

Generally these users don't get selected, but I do agree with your suggestion. It's unprofessional to apply for something and then go inactive.

Or maybe we don't force people applying for staff to wait months upon months to be accepted or denied. It's rediclous their still open and staff have yet to be decided, assuming they are planning to pick more

This really isn't needed. We take activity into account when deciding whether to pick people.
We're obviously not going to pick someone who's been offline for 2 months.-
