Maybe like Turt and Bmanvman said, they should be FORCED to moved the the center. Maybe it should be like parts of the map "fall off"? Like for example Someone is hiding and the map has a mod/plug-in that allows blocks to fall like sand into the void.

Turt201444444444 BuilderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-President ⚒️⚒️U wrong... In catching fire, there are various setups to help speed up slaughter, such as monkeys, poisonous fog, lightning and raining blood, as well as the massive tidal waves. There could be some stuff like this added. Blood rain would be cool.

Turt201444444444 BuilderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-President ⚒️⚒️We all know the server that uses deep freeze. Its my favourite survival games server because of that feature.

But mocho, would you like some noobs and/or nubs out waiting your buffer? ALL the time? running for about an hour every round?

If I recall, this was added originally, but was removed because the lightning kept somehow crashing the server. I don't know if this is still the case and it can be readded, but I assume administration is wary of that happening again.

I'm wrong.. For stating there is no official time limit to the hunger games. Aright, sure there are ways to speed up the game. But there is still no time limit.

I'm all for boundaries when it comes to death match for sg maps but setting a timer is just plain dumb:p

Timers are what (or so it seems like) 90% of SG servers use. It's extremely popular. Boundaries are used on many servers, but, I've only found one or two servers that have an extremely well-organized and running system.
I know what server you are talking about here. I agree, that's really well done, and if the idea is to be implemented, this should be looked at for an example.
The problem I really foresee with a moving boundary though is the fact that it moves. Moving things, especially a dome or whatever it might be, might put some pretty intense stress on the server. If ECC had/is going to have a devoted server specifically for minigames like SG, then I agree that this should be added. But, until then, I would just add a timer as A. it would be easier to control/edit and B. wouldn't lag nearly as much.-

Say there's 3 people left at death match and the timer runs out... Would it just simply divide the profits into 3?

No, that's not how it would work necessarily.
The way I picture it is this. You have a 21 minute timer that starts when the game starts. Once the timer hits 20 minutes, grace is disabled, and you run around killing everyone. If there are campers, and the timer runs out, deathmatch automatically starts and everyone left in the game is auto-tped to the center. If deathmatch is not complete in X time (whatever time is set, could be like 5 minutes) then the game ends in a draw.-

What else would it be? Another death match? If that happens, you're just writing an infinite loop. 5 mins, TP, 5 mins, TP, etc.

But again, that runs to the issue of lag. I've had experience that, on servers with the deep freeze, I get significant lag on my bad computer. That has to be taken into consideration if this were to be implemented, as not everyone has the best computers and/or connection to handle that.

@JamieSinn is an SG developer from talking to him in game. Is there any good way to implement something like this Jamie? Or is not feasible to implement with the current system?

Quite feasable. But, wit's quite a lot of work. It'd only be something I'd code if I was told to by andrew.
PS. ECC Dev, not just SG-
