Suggestion: Changing the strength 2 potion to strength 1 in the buffer kit

Reason: This change would provide some balancing to the buffer kit's damage, but still give the user an advantage over the other player. As the buffer player has speed, he/she can still escape the fight if needed, or use health/regen potions. This is simply a way to slightly nerf the damage buffer does. Which is what we all want changed, right?
