Suggestion: That a rule be made against targeting.
Reason: I would like to make a suggestion that is both applicable to Survival Games and PvP. In my opinion targeting is extremely annoying. When you are just trying to play SG or PvP and certain player(s) always go directly for you. And they do not do anything else until you are dead. I have had personal experience with this and when I join a Survival Games arena and (someone who will not be named) comes on, no matter who is in the game or what is happening, he always goes straight for me. Usually using the combination of Buffer, Make It Quick and Spy. Honestly I have had enough of this and I would greatly appreciate it if a rule was added that abolished targeting specific people.
Any Other Info: Does anyone else have this problem?

ok there is really no way to enforce this as a rule and there is several reasons it wont be implemented
1#: it is pvp people are bound to chase/stalk you to get a kill
2#: you're always going to be targeted in sg everyone will be,people will chase you until you/they die
if you dont want to be stalked then kill them or dont play sg this will only take up staffs time and there isnt a way to enforce this rule if you get chased by someone does that mean they get kicked or banned??? this makes no sense you will always be chased and fought in pvp/sg -1 -
While I have had this problem, I don't feel this should be implemented. You would have an awful time proving it and it would take a lot of time out of the staff's day to deal with complaints of people targeting. You'd get a lot of complaints of being targeted after 1 kill.
My biggest issue is, I personally have found myself in situations where I just happen to find the same person first or second each game, because I'm on their route and keep running into them or whatever. What if they complain that I'm targeting them, but in reality I'm not and it's just coincidence? It's also an issue for small games during late night where you don't have much choice other than to kill the same small group of people over and over again. You'd have builders screaming "I was targeted!" left right and centre.
To me, it's not worth it. It could cause a considerable amount of drama in complaints and in-game. I don't have a solution for being targeted, I never have, but making a rule against targeting is not the way to go about it.

Ok, in this situation it's not once or something like that. It is EVERY TIME I play with that particular user, at any time of the day. He doesn't just find me first, and I go on different routes each game. He goes immediately after me, right when the game starts, no matter what. This is a very extreme form of targeting and I would like that kind of behavior stopped. I understand your reasons but I think that perhaps there would be a way to implement this, if there was a rule to stop targeting after it had happened over 5 times where they went directly for you. It is possible to get evidence for this. I am open to any replies, and I will ask a mod to lock the thread if it is going nowhere useful.

-1 for a few reasons
Here are some solutions/problems for your suggestion.
-solutions-
-kill the guys I know your skills free money/items for u lol
-just leave the arena there are multiple SG and new beautifully pvp maps.
-kill them again.
-if they tell u they do it on purpose u can record them after a few dozen games and report them for trolling?
-problems-
enforcement... unless you and the player is splitting money for gain there are many legal ways these players could be in your games and defend their tolly behavior (if that's what they are doing). Amount of players on, saying your the biggest threat, or because they like playing with u. These are all perfectly legal excuses and it's your word against theirs. This would be so circumstantial and inconclusive to be regulated in the way it should be. -

I hate when this happens but, there are is one major flaw about the suggestion as a whole and just to state the obvious, you really will just have to live with it, nothing else. As for the flaw, how would this be enforced? File a complaint with video? How many videos would have to be submitted of the user doing this? Is this a serious offense like scamming or a minor offense like cursing? How would we be able to find out you're not using the same video over and over again in multiple complaints? It's too flawed as a whole to happen. -1.

-1 Because 1. How would you prove this? 2. It is pvp you can kill them if of coarse you are armed to do so if not: If it is in pvp you can run out of the arena, if it is SG you can find a way to outrun them and if you can,t its a part of SG.

You have a couple of options,
- Stop playing SG as a whole :p
- Farm/Mine when this user is on
- Buy the necessary kits to fight the user
- Get a team to fight against him
- Just log when he gets near you, it doesn't let him get $100 or the kill, and will eventually teach him : D

As someone who frequently gets targeted... NO!
It's the only way to deal with people who pose a threat to you early game. As much as I hate being targeted, it's a viable strategy and banning it is just plain stupid. -
