    So two builders came on, demanded money, and when they got kicked the server goes down, likely from DDOS attack. Correlation is not causation but I think the odds are 99% plus.

    I suggest any threat to crash the server be handled with zero tolerance. Strike One, a one-hour ban, Strike Two, a one-month ban, Strike Three a lifetime ban.

    This is not a joking matter.

    I think the mods do that this kind of threat seriously.

    I would do

    1st time - 3 day temp ban.
    2nd time - perm ban.

    But what I would do is not important.

    Any user who threatens to hack or crash the server will receive an instant ban.

    But @kukelekuuk00 two people did join yesterday and say "Give me all your money, or the server goes down " Then he continued to threaten us, until finally the server did go down for a few seconds. Then he joined again and said "Give us your money or it goes down for a hour", after a few minutes it did indeed go down for a hour or two. I agree these threats should be taken more seriously...

    We can only take care of threats, but we can't take care of actual attacks.

    And if users are threatening and no Staff are dealing with it (bans, in this case), let one of them know. They cannot read minds. :b
