I agree with what kukelekuuk00 and Revanrose6 have said about trial-mods. But I think expoldzibo has an interesting concern, that perhaps necessity of responsibility can play a part in forging and reinforcing capability. I think often, prospective employers of anything want people who have experience, and where may one attain experience when ones without experience are not desired?

At the same time, I also think those who are interested in something, can and should find ways to do as much as possible, what they wish to do, when what they want to to can not be done. If you want to make films, you may not be able to make a hollywood production, but you can try making stories, and discovering for yourself how to make interesting and compelling works. When people observe your sincere interest, it helps reinforce what you want to convey to them: that you are worthy of the opportunity.
