Minecraft Name: RandomCat7 Suggestion: To add an Unbreaking 5-10 in the star shop. Would cost 250-1000 Nether stars, and people could apply them to their star tools (or regular tools, but I don't see why people would spend 250+ Nether Stars on something that would probably cost 10 Nether stars to buy) to make them extra safe/durable. Reason: Neat addition. Another way to bring nether stars/ECD out of the economy. Adds more goals for people. And it shouldn't be too hard to implement? Any Other Information: I'm just spit-balling here! Please comment below regarding your opinion.
/repair exists though, this wouldn't really have any use. I know not everyone has it but so many people offer e-repairs for free anyway.
But with the new Mending enchant (1.9) why not just put "Mending" in the EXP shop instead of an OP unbreaking?
It won't take ECD out of the economy as it costs NetherStars, not ECD. In fact, it'll do the opposite intended effect - It will in theory inflate prices by stimulating more demand for NetherStars instead of deflating prices like taking money out of the economy does. Doesn't directly apply to the suggestion itself, just throwing that around.
Looking back over the thread, I see that this (exp) could be more logical than ECD itself. Lets just say Unbreaking V is offered for 25-50k EXP; would revive the EXP market just a tiny bit, as more people would invest in this to add to their tools (most likely star tools). Small question: Can the Unbreaking and Mending enchantments be applied to the same tool? And if so, will we allow it on ECC?
