I have the same issue... The only problem is that anyone directly affiliated with moderating ECC has no control over it. The only way for this suggestion to become true would be to join the server list's forum and suggest it there. I believe one of the voting site does it this way, as I can vote there while at the same time the other sites will give me the "every 24 hours" warning.
ECC cant change the times, only the actual voting sites can. How to ask them to change i do not know. But I find that the easiest way to vote on all of them at the same time is to pick a time (say 3pm) and then every day vote at 3pm.
I agree with the fact of letting us vote different times of the day, but I do not believe we should be able to get stars for voting 4 times a day, not only would the star tools crash but the economy would go down hill rapidly, not only that but stars value would rapidly decrease as people would get 8 stars a day the price would need to be dropped on selling them as to not massively drop the n star shop prices.
That means you can vote at 11pm yesterday and still be able to vote right now for today's votes only, the amount of votes you get per day doesn't increase only the time in between the 4 votes change so stars wont increase so star prices wont decrease.
Not up to ECC to choose when you can vote. Each vote goes into the system, and all servers are shorted from the most-voted to the less-voted ones. Voting more than once a day would make no sense.
I feel like I'm talking to a wall._. The amount of nstars dont change, you still vote the same amount everyday, just not every 24 hours. Its scaled by days like 2/3 2/4 2/5 rather than you cant vote till 11pm cause thats when you voted the day before. You can still only vote 4 times per day (2/3 2/4 2/5)
For those who don't understand, he's saying he wants votes to be reset at like midnight, so you could vote at 11pm, and potentially vote again at 1am, this makes it so you can vote any time of the day, as opposed to the same time every day.
