    In fact you are right most people do water placements for free. But if I am a new player and I log on and im not able to place water, there is always that thought going through my head that maybe it is not allowed, which in their head might ruin the server for them

    how about making water placable if u get water rank. it would cost 75k and people who bought the feature would auto gt it. this way more people to help the plebs known as builders ;P
