When using this feature, with its tweaks, when you try to set blocks, it will take the block(s) from you inventory, and place them in the selected region. Reason: Because manually placing those block are just plain annoying, me knowing that, being the president that I am, with my towns.. The main issue with this would be lag/grief. Placing thousands of blocks in one instant causes major server lag for all players on the server. In addition, can you even tweak world edit in that manner?
The donation feature would be a large amount of money, along with that, since you can only place blocks you have in you inventory, It's already limited. And I'm sure with all of the genius developers it could happen.
The thing you are suggesting isn't even possible with world edit. Plus, the lag this would cause... no :/
I could still see issues with this: Main one, it's not possible. If it were we'd still need to see about: - Respecting regions. - Block logs. - Possible lag (there's always going to be lag for large block edits). Worldedit was also made a feature before (even more limited, you donated for andrew to do requests) and was very quickly removed.
-1 Would not only crash the server, but the amount of grief that would occur because of this would be insanely high. Extremely arbitrary to add this.
