Thread Title: Permaban for hackers Minecraft Name: Skymaster200 Suggestion: i suggest that we permaban hackers. Reason: If you are stupid enough to hack on ecc. why would you even want to hack and risk being banned? If you hack you obviously dont care. Then once then do appeal their ban after being caught all thats in their appeal is a bunch of lyes so they can continue to hack. Other Information: This will save alot of peoples time that they lose from either dying for stupid reason or having to file a complaint. If we are going to do this to hackers, we might as well scammers... But seriously, if you are banned for PvP hacking for the first time, you should get the standard 3-6 days. If you are convicted again, it's a month tempan at the minimum. And, a third time is a permaban (or a ban only appealable to Physicistsmom and jakey). 3 strikes and you're out is a classic system that would fit this perfectly.
But gob people who do hack dont usualy get caught 2 extra times after the ban and if they do they mods either say dismissed not enough evidence or ''LAG"
You know maybe sometimes people who are experienced with knowing how to detect and deal with hacked clients will know more than you and when they say it was lag or there is not enough evidence it's because it actually was lag or there isn't enough there to make an accurate decision.
I wish they did this, there's people who have been banned twice for hacking and can just appeal again, and probably still hack.
Stricter punishments? Sure. But like everything else, it has to go on a case by case basis. There are a lot more factors that go into it then just whether or not they are hacking.
