Suggestion and reason: I think that there should be a maximum amount of times you can break a rule and be able to appeal. Users just break the rules, get back on and then break the rules again. For example, I know multiple users that just PvP hack, appeal saying that they won't do it again, and just break the rule again. I've also done this by accusing people of hacking but I've realized how stupid I was. The moderators should be more strict to repeat offenders and issue a "last chance" more often.

Other: People are let back on the server way too easily.
