Minecraft Name: Bashdash100 Suggestion: I suggest that we expand the mining world. Reason: The eff-7's just destroy the mining world so fast! Suggestions to make the mining resets more frequent have just been rejected but what about expanding? Other Information: Perhaps resets can be about a week later with the extra space? Link to this plugin: We can most likely use the current one.
+77 I like this idea block, i have hit boundary so many times while mining and honestly run out of spots to mine lol.
-1 I have an eff7 and yes, sometimes after about four plus weeks it's get a little hard to find a bare space but you know what you have to do... WORK HARDER. This is a HARDCORE economy server... Not a let's make everything easier server. You have to work a little harder, here's what I suggest: 1. Mine under oceans. When mining is getting sparse, this is the first thing I do. 2. Pick up the scraps, you don't believe what some miners leave behind. 3. Basically don't just mind in extreme hills in hopes of finding emeralds.
I have to completely disagree with everything you have said. Mining is meant as a source of income, as well as to stock spawnshops. If the mining world has very few ores after a certain amount of time (generally 3 weeks), there is no point in going there and wasting your valuable time looking for hard to find ores. In addition, with your numbered points you are 100% wrong on all three of those. No miner does anything you said. A miner goes underground and mines in a general direction until they get tired of it. I don't know what kind of mining you do lol
Most people mine at y10-12. Then, once that is pretty much clean, cry for a reset so they can have things the easy way. At it's "most bare" I can go in to the mining world and still come out with a decent haul because I put in the extra hard work to do more than the easy work. People leave coal behind. Why? It's needed as furnace fuel now. Coal blocks are relatively pretty. Plus, if you mine it with fort3 you get exp to boot. People leave iron behind. Why? It sells decently, to other users or the server. Iron blocks are relatively pretty, and useful for many kinds of builds. Granite? Diorite? Andesite? These are all new blocks that people tend to forget about, and are a plentiful alternative to stone/stone brick for building. What about the soft clay? Red brick blocks in the spawn shops are rare because people don't like going to farm for clay to make bricks with. If all you can think to do in the mining world is crawl for diamonds... well... leave it all to the rest of us, we'll do just fine until the next reset.
