Ok so recently my feature Complete Control Plus 2 that a brought from Willclo a couple of months back was rolled back due to a paypal fraud. These sorts of things are completely out of our control and we end up losing large sums of money. I think we should be able to be paid back the money we paid for the features as long as proper evidence is given.
