Hey everyone,
I was flying around spawn today and couldn't help but notice the empty parts of spawn. This plain area could very easily be decorated, or given some practical use, for example maybe public fishing towers. We want spawn to look attractive, and having a flat grass space isn't that.
I realise this may possibly interfere with spawn statues, but realistically, how often are spawn statues used? There are 5 at best right now. Anyway, as long as we keep it low, we'll be fine.
For those of you who are wondering what I'm talking about, here is a picture of the area. It's the same on all 4 corners of spawn.

They're only empty because no one rents the statues. Although I understand that they don't get used, I still think this area should stay clear. Perhaps a new spawn design would remedy this.

But what about the area inside the square outside of the spawn circle? -
The outer edges of the square belong to the statues as the statue regions are intersected by the main path.

So was I, some blocks within the path still belong to spawn statues. :p

This could possibly be a step in the right direction, however I'd like to see a whole new spawn created.
