It's really not that hard to fill out a complain/ban appeal. If you happen to be unsure of what to put, just look at other complaint/appeals for a general idea on what you should include.

 

So, this is going to sound a little cruel towards banned users but bear with me. Complaints, I totally agree, give them a button like the builders+ apps. It makes it easier to be dealt with. Ban appeals tho, no. They got themselves banned, they can go through the efforts and actually try to get themselves unbanned. I don't think handing their ban appeal to them on a silver platter will help them learn a lesson.

 

I completely agree with this. Part of an appeal is the effort that goes with making it.

I think -1 to the complaints part like with what revan said. On the other hand, I think all rank applications but complaints/ban appeals should have fill in the blank. If the builders have easy apps for resident, why can't presidents have easy apps for tycoon?
