Thread Title: Use /spawn (Rising) (Legacy)

Suggestion:
Being able to add the world you want to go into when typing /spawn EX. /spawn (Legacy) (Rising)
Reason:
When I'm at my town in Legacy and I want to see which HGs are open, I have to go to spawn and then got through the Rising portal. It would just be a easier way to go between the worlds.
