Suggestion: Move all "user was being mean" "harassment" "one word cussing" complaints to be made in a forum pm to a blue moderator
Reason: People are being so hypersensitive, it's beginning to spam up the ban appeals/complaints. The evidence ends up being deleted most of the time anyway. It just needs to be taken to a forum pm, there is really no use of it in the forum anymore.
Any Other Information: Only blue moderators. Made this suggestion on the fly so I'm not sure how you guys will feel about it. If it gets majority instant negative feedback I will have it be locked.

However what if we need those complaints for reference in the Future, then we have no way of knowing if there was ever an issue.

I personally feel the way we are handling the complaints at this moment for harassment, and where they are placed is the best way for the staff team to work together in situations. I am personally against them being pm'd.
