I use it a lot while playing survival games, its nice not to have to switch chats during an sg game

 

People use it for trade ads and such.

 

not many do that, and we can simply moderate it. It would be more annoying not to have it.

 

that ^. Lots of people use it for advertisements, not everyone uses it to bypass caps.

 

As Staff and not as Staff, I say keep it. It's useful for when non-Staff are helping users and want to type a command that they are asking about, along with other things mentioned above.

If there is caps abuse, we will do something about it... If we don't see it, you can always make a complaint.
