-1 It is already hard enough to get EcoLeader, Master, Legend without adding an additional rank. It would cost way to much.

$10 million is a great money dump. I would assume you would get another town claim? I would suggest 2 town claims because it would make a great incentive to buy that rank. I'm thinking something along the lines of this: [$$$Ecopro$$$]

EcoLord? I only see one problem with this, the forum medal. What is after gold? platinum? if so, its a good idea.
