From 1986, but it's one of the funniest films I've had the pleasure of seeing - Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Happy Gilmore is on the list, but I have to mention that this is the funniest movie I have ever watched.
World's End if the final part of the Cornetto Trilogy in which Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead are also a part of. I suggest World's End because you've already seen the first two. Johnny English Hector and the Search for Happiness Airplane! (1980) An old movie but it's a classic Spaceballs (1987) another classic Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure (The sequel is also really good)

The Spectacular Now, Kings of Summer and The Way Way Back are great teen comedic dramas. While We're Young and The Grand Bydapest Hotel are both pretty quirky if you're into that.
The Matrix(all of them), Convoy, Duke of hazards (you can find it on netflix cause Netflix is smart enough not to ban it), all the Godzlia, Fast&furious 4-7, Bourto the movie. All of these have high amounts of action, comedy (depending what your joke taste are) they are not very cringe like to no cringe. I'm an oldie movie fan even tho I was born in 99. I still got style.
Fast and Furious 6&7 Jurassic (world or park, the newer one, idk) Cap America, Civil War (Bad ending, but worth watching)
