I respect that we disagree here but I think any leader worth his salt needs to be elbow deep in the problems of their lowliest followers. Someone who only comes out 50 contentious posts later to solve things is not in the least and ideal leader to me. I think SA, GA, even developer/owner shouldn't be figureheads, they should be in the deepest stinkiest part of the muck. Thats the kind of role model I'd like to see. But obviously we simply have different ideoligal ideas of what it means to be a leader.

Obblebobble Vault of ECC - FounderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-President ⚒️⚒️ Premium Upgrade
See I think we all know who/what this is directed at. Simply due to the post date.
Every single member within VoE is current or ex-staff member. With only 2 currently non-staff, myself and @Nicit6. The rest @265 @THCOOL @FuryFudge are all staff. These members are very careful to avoid handling complaints, contracts or anything else staff related to Vault of ECC as they will likely be biased about it because they are part of the business. If this is directed at them then I don't think it should be.
Overall +1 to this. But that's like saying don't handle a complaint if you don't like the person. There's a lot of biased decisions on staff, take a look at build competitions, other complaints, reports, warnings in game, promotions, etc. It's hard to remove.
If this post is related to people sending in reports, whether or not you're involved in a situation does not mean you should ignore the punishments that are standard. For example if someone slanders myself in a complaint, it should be removed. You cannot call this biased as any staff member would do this (Unless biased against the user in complaint, so they leave it there...).
I saw posts on my recent complaint that were left and slanderous by the staff handling it until I filed a report. I also saw posts on my complaint that had evidence and were defending the rules in place supporting me and they were deleted within minutes of me reading them while the slanderous ones were left.
Sure staff shouldn't handle complaints/content if they are involved/related to it, that's already a staff rule. But lets also try stomp out these biased decisions that occur every day. Because there's a lot of people and a lot of staff members who are really not happy with how things are being run. People just need to stand up and say something.
As staff will say, file a staff complaint if you have an issue with how someone is handling something.-

Bias is something that we want to avoid as staff. If you believe something has not been handled in an unbiased manner, or may have been handled by someone involved, please use the staff feedback form to contact us.
