Please, take a minute to explore our town and find that perfect spot to call home. Town members have access to our farms for either food or money-making and soon we'll have our own mall for members to rent locations to run their own stores! Our town can be reached using the LumGate portal (first floor Portal Room) and heading South. Rules Be online at least once a week. Follow ECC rules. No stealing (even if it's from an unlocked chest.) No sharing plots. Only build/destroy blocks in your own plot. Replant the farm every time you use it. No greifing. Each person has a plot limit of one. No harassing other town members. If you rent a plot then want to upgrade, the money spent on the first plot will not carry over. I'm looking to open a massive cocoa bean farm. A percentage of the profits would go to the town. Could this town supply the land I need? I'm not willing to spend much to buy a plot because of the farms profits will go to the town.
I'm looking to do something like this in my town (big cocoa bean farm) and wondering if anyone would be willing to build it in exchange for a plot in my town. This would include breaking down parts of other harvest crops/buildings but the land/layout is already prepared.
