    So i'm taking a vacation for about a week plus a day or two, and i'd like to keep my stuff safe, should i move everything to locked chests? including inventory and XP?
    how about balance? should i move it to trade signs too?

    Store all your exp, inventory and enderchest in locked chests. If you have more than 1201$ Ecodollars in your balance, which I assume you do, You should be fine to leave for a week You can find a chart on how to keep your balance safe here:
