The title says it all.
If you do not have access into the End, or do not plan on getting it this is not for you.
I decided to make a team that will hopefully become a server wide alliance and end all the violence that will occur in the End world. All ranks are welcome, from builder to admins. This team does not support users that are not trustworthy and those who are not team players. This will be a team that will do whatever is necessary to protect one another, and one that will certainly work together in order to defend our lands and keep peace within our community.

As most of you know, a group of us set out and established a large base and had a blossoming farm that was unfortunately destroyed multiple times. This rendered the whole team farmless. I along with the Co-Owners and Elders of this team have decided that it is time to change our strategy. The new team plan is to split up into squads of about 4-6 players in each squad and each squad creates their own farm to use. This will ensure if one farm is destroyed, the whole team is not taken down with it.

Squads will be create according to how many players are in the team at the time, and Squad Leaders will be decided by me and other Squad Leader. Squad Leaders will be invited into a forum conversation and a basic layout on how to establish farms safely will be provide. They will then relay the information to their Squad Members and execute the mission.

Lol if everyone is in the same team we won't need people to raid others. But you do bring up a good point. Unfortunately I don't think everyone in the server will join together in the same team. :( I'll change that though
