I'd like to do what I usually do at this point... provide data.



This data was obtained via Hidendra's Plugin Metrics; its accuracy depends on who participates. We can see that 1.10.*, 1.11.* and 1.12.* make up ~46.5% of all versions currently in use while 1.7.* and 1.8.* make up ~41.6%.

1.9+ PvP is still the most common version (if we ignore "Unknown" and "Others"), but I'd say that 1.8-'s share is large enough to warrant such a small edit.

 

-1 loads of ppl know that we're on a new pvp system. if they quit, its kinda their fault that they're inable to take a loss.

 

when i first joined, i spam hit. I knew about the pvp system change. In fact i still sometimes spam hit today - because the thrill/rush of someone trying to kill you in SG is tense and you dont have time to think about how to hit the person attacking you. You need to stop treating Builders as players who havent played Minecraft at all whatsoever, because a bunch of them have.

pointless imo unless you actually explain what "1.9+ PvP" actually means.

If that's done, sure. Otherwise just seems like wasted effort.
