The Arkada Tower project in Viscontia Contract

General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is the agreement of 45k (in total) in funds being transferred to @Palarado for the construction of our towers in the city of Viscontia. With 15 grand being paid within the first 5 minutes of this contract being signed, and the other 30 grand being paid in full when the construction is complete. All materials are provided by @picasso182 for this project

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- @Palarado will complete a finished product of an apartment containing 3 floors. Within this building will be a minimum of 3 stores to not be smaller than a 4x4, and 9 apartments not to be smaller than a 4x5.
- The finished project must be complete in all aspects
- The project must not exceed 1 week of this contract being signed
- For every day after the 1 week period this contract is signed that @Palarado fails to finish the project, @Palarado is to be paid 5k less per day until a maximum of 1 week
- If @Palarado still have not met this condition, @Palarado has breached the contract

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @picasso182 will transfer 15,000$ in funds to @Palarado within 5 minutes of this contract being signed.
- If @picasso182 fails to provide the necessary items for the project, the project deadline is paused. For every day supplies are not present, 2 days of extra build time is added.
-If @picasso182 does not supply the needed supplies within 2 weeks of the initial project date he is liable to pay the 30k without the project being finished.
- Apon completion, @picasso182 is to transfer 30,000$ in funds to @palarado.
- If @picasso182 fails to transfer a total amount of 45,000$ to @Palarado within 1 day of the project being completed, @picasso182 is to pay 5k per a day EXTRA till the debt is cleared for a maximum of 1 week after the completion of the construction.
- If @picasso182 fail to accomplish the above, @picasso182 am in breach of the contract

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Status: The first part of the contract (15k start up fund) has been paid. Construction has started now. We have a 1 week period from this post to finish the project. The remaining 30 grand is yet to be paid as we have not finished.
