This, wonderful users of ECC, is the Bank of Babylon! This bank is owned by me, @Whammerist5, as well as @luccowarleo. Here at the Bank of Babylon, we provide the service of loaning! We keep a easily accessible, public record of our transactions, and we have many options for taking out loans. Down below, you will see the application you need to fill out to take out a loan, the different options you have when taking out a loan, as well as a record of the bank's recent activities. We encourage anyone with any questions or feedback to tell us what they think below!

Loans Available
$10,000.00, $15,000.00 payback, 3-5 days.
$15,000.00, $20,000.00 payback, 3-7 days.
$25,000.00, $30,000.00 payback, 3-7 days.
$50,000.00, $60,000.00 payback, 5-14 days.
$100,000.00, $130,000.00 payback, 7-21 days.
$150,000.000, $190,000.00 payback, 14-21 days.
$200,000.00, $260.000 payback, 21-35 days.
$300,000.00, $375,000.00, 21-42 days.
Note: These are not set! Feel completely free to negotiate with me about a custom loan down below! If you need a loan higher than 300k, reply down below or MSG me in-game so we can talk about it!

Collateral
Does the interest or payback time seem a little too strict on these loan offers? Feel free to offer collateral! Simply put, collateral is like using a physical in-game object as a late fee, like a town, or a star tool. Using collateral in your loan offer makes it more secure for us, so it allows your loan to have lower payback, or higher payback time!

Contract Policy
Unless a loan has collateral in it, we will usually not create a forum contract unless the loan is over 500k. If you would like us to create a contract for you, we always would be happy to, however! In the case of a loan over 500k, we prefer to have a forum contract, only so we have a set reference point for the loan info. Do remember though, any loan info you should need is right dow here in the public record!

Investments
The BoB now accepts investments!
- You get 40% of profit earned using your investment.
- The minimum you can deposit is 10k.
- We have the right to deny your investment.
- You may not withdraw your money for 1 month.
- If your money is not used in a loan, you will get no interest.
- If you have a dispute with the bank, which including slandering a bank owner or investor, harassing a bank owner or investor, and scamming a bank owner or investor, the BoB reserves the right to close your account with no return on your investment.
- We cannot guarantee we will return your money if your money is being used in a loan which is still in-progress. Once the user defaults on the loan, or successfully pays it back, you can withdraw your money.
