We are now doing loans but these do come with some terms that must be followed by the receiver of the loan. 1. I currently only lend out to residents+ 2. All players who wish to take a loan must give something in return until the loan is fully paid back such as if you are a mayor i would take mayor ship of your town until you have fully paid me the loan back. or a resident would have to give me items that would equate to around the same value of the loan which would then be given back at the end of the loan. this is to ensure i don't lose any money and on the occasion that i do i am able to get it back some how. 3. all players have an extra 2 days after the loan repayment date has passed to pay me back if they fail to do so after the set date plus the 2 days they will be reported and any items/towns given will most likely be sold. (I mean it) 4. all loans will be made repayable on the roof of the spawn shop. once you have paid send me a private mail so that i can then confirm if you have paid the correct amount. 5. if it is a problem of you don't have the money yet then contact me and we can discuss the matter. all loans except smaller loans are subject to interest which will be discussed with the player at the time of making the loan agreement. the best way to contact me about with drawing a loan is to either send me a message on the forums or pm me in game. you can also reply to this thread using the format at the bottom of this message IGN: Loan amount: Rank: Do you understand that failure to pay back the loan after the time period will result in any items/towns i am holding may be sold on and you reported to the moderators for scamming:
