Difference Between Priority And Normal
Priority: Free Access to Cooking pots, Unlimited Water Placement, 30 Days Inactive eviction, Priority To Additional Farm and Normal Plots ability and more....
Normal: Access To Normal Farms, Water Placement, 10 days Inactive Eviction. Warning!!!: Warning the town mayor of non-active with a acceptable reason.

1. Strictly No Griefing. Griefing will cause town eviction and maybe BAN.
2. No Building out of your plot. This will cause town eviction.
3. Asking for co-mayor is NOT ALLOWED.
4.No Fire or Lava is allowed Outside your plot.
5.Building in a shop stand without paying fees and without permission will cause eviction.
6. Replant anything that you take from the public town farm and no breaking any decoration or trees
7. Saying Offensive words in local chat, town chat or to owners is NOT ALLOWED strictly
outside your plot or outside the town farm.
