What Is The CLH Union?
The CLH Union is a democracy of towns which help and support one another in aid and when in need, it is also open for any new towns to join.
Can My Town Join?Yes the CLH Union is open for any town to join, whether new or old. The town must be a region and have at least an active owner on the owners list. Also if you co-mayor a town you can simply join but under the owners permission.
What Are The Benefits Of Joining The CLH Union?Once your town is officially part of the Union then you have access to many things including:
Free Town Feature Usage: Need water placing?,Need Coloured Signs? this is just one of the amazing features the union has to offer, free services from union providers!
Discount in Plots/Land/Farm Perms in Union Towns: If you are in a Union Town and would like to buy some land in another the price will be discounted off just for you!
A Skilled Finance Department: Here at CLH Union we provide our towns with funds to further develop the town and to overall make the towns as best as possible.
Access to the Unions Building Team : Need anything building? You can use the CLH Unions Building team to make the build of your choice (Rule: Please don't abuse the power to use this or the option may be lost, small to medium size builds only and some materials that you might want may be needed to be supplied by you)
Access to our Army: Here at CLH Union we also have a small but skilled army that can protect and serve for towns, Never Heard Of Them? thats because there undercover to gain intel for the union and provide us with info about any threats.
These are just some of the features many more are included aswell.
What Happens When The Town Becomes Part Of The Union?Once your town has been registered on the union list you then have access to the above features and many people wanting to buy plots will be pointed in your towns way. Also town owners will then be listed as Union Ambassadors and will continue to be town leaders, this however comes with a key role as the union would like to find out what the people in there towns want from them so at meetings Ambassadors will put the ideas of themselves and the residents ideas forward to the Union Leader.
Is That It ?Although we ask for around 5-10k in donations a week, we offer quality services and advantages and every $ donated by the towns of the Union will get put back into it, whether it is a big build in one town or many things across the other towns aswell as your own.

Rules:
1. No Griefing In Towns
2. Please do not try and cause wars on purpose because you are in the Union
3. Do not abuse the Union Features or they will be taken away from you
4. Donations of 5-10k will be collected on Friday from a trade sign (Unless Mailed With Reason)
5. You will not abuse the financial support by buying things for yourself instead of the town (Although it is reasonable to keep some money to yourself)
6. Individual Town Rules are up to the owners themselves but they still must tag along with the Union Rules.
7. Do not try and overthrow or out rule a higher Union Rank than you Unless:
They are suggesting Bad changes to the town that you do not want to fulfill
They have no proof of the Union Leader approving things
You have a fair argument against them (In this case things will be taken to the Union Leader)
