Nox is my second town, I have been constructing this town for the last 6 months, even though I only did actual work for 2 weeks in total.​

The town's theme is Nether/Dark/Night, it looks quite awesome.​

There are also only 12 plots in existence.​

The Nox portal is at the seventeenth floor of the portal building.​

I am selling plots for $30,000, Fill out this application if you want a plot (in this thread of course):​

There are a couple of building rules, I will warn you once if you don't uphold these rules and a second warning is a ban from my town with NO refunds.​

Building rules:​

• You must use dark/nether materials (NetherBrick, NetherRack, Obsidian, Darkwood, SoulSand, GlowStone, Fire and Lava) Both exterior and interior
• You may not build above layer 103 (This gives you 40 blocks to build)
• You may not build below layer 55 (8 blocks down)
• You may not build farms.
• You may not fill your whole plot with just a building, Please use other forms of decoration to fill your plot with and vary it a bit. (lava ponds, netherparks, nethertrees, be creative and stick with the theme.)
• You may not build outside of your plot.

Warning system:​

A warning will be noted in the section below, 2 warnings is removal from town and you will end up in the banished users list.​

A banished user can NEVER get back in the town.​

​

Breaking building rules is a warning, removal if not fixed within 7 days.​

Insulting/trolling/disrespecting me or any other user in my town is a warning.​

Breaking the cactus above the lava, immediate removal and ban from the town.​

Griefing the town, immediate removal from the town.​

Griefing outside of the town is a warning.​

Spoiling a TV show/movie for me, ban from town. (Blame curtis1998)​

Being offline for longer than 1 month, removal of plot. (Unless a valid reason has been pmed to me)​

Being offline for 7 days right after or during a ban, removal of plot. ​

I (kukelekuuk00) Have the right to kick you out of my town (Nox) for whatever reason I deem necesary. this includes breaking the town rules, breaking the server rules and I can remove you if your behaviour is disrespectful and/or annoying.​

You will not be refunded when you are removed from my town and you are allowed to take your belongings unless you've been evicted for griefing/stealing.​

I also remain the right to restart my town whenever I feel like it, you will be warned a week beforehand and you have until that time to move your belongings to another place.​

You will also have a chance to get an 80% refund under the conditions that you have been active in the week before the announcement, you have to pm me directly and the title has to be "[Refund Request] <Townname> | <Username> " (replace the words in the <> with the townname and username)​

You agree with the rules/disclaimer when you apply for a plot.​
