The steadfast knight grabbed his shield and drew his sword engaging in combat with the dragon. He slashed at the dragon slicing a gash in its leg the dragon let out a Loud roar of pain that shook the ground around them causing trees to fall and boulders to split. Who lands the next blow or knight or the dragon?

"NO ONE. HURTS. ME." roars the dragon. Out of fury and enragement, the dragon lashes out, slicing through brave Sir Andrew's fashionable chainmail. With a minor gash in 1 arm, and a sword in the other, brave Sir Andrew slices his way though the dragon, blocking, parrying, and thrusting. In the end, the dragon is but a mere pile of meat and bones. Brave Sir Andrew is rather scarred as well, but also relieved for as to have beaten his first major obstacle in the coming of a new kingdom.

Onward brave Sir Andrew goes, trudging through slush, mud, and waist-high waters, until he reaches the beginning of a seemingly endless and oh-so dark forest, with knots in the trees and mold on the rocks. Everyone knows of the forest- the Dark Forest, where one was to go in but never return. Brave Sir Andrew strode with confidence, allowing himself not to be scared by the rumors and myths told by the locals. But nearing the middle of the journey, the brave knight was beginning to doubt himself. Should he have gone through? This cannot be answered so simply. But all the while, he has done it, and there is no going back now. Wrecking the knight's train of thought is a high-pitched laugh only heard in these forests. From the trees fly goblins, hundreds of them, with blood-stained teeth and heavy, blunt clubs. With his sword drawn and shield raised, brave Sir Andrew prepared himself for the worst in this soon gruesome to-be battle.

Who strikes first - the goblins, or the knight? And what happens?
