Since it doesn't look like there'd be an end anytime soon (soon being in like a week or two) I will be retracting my bid. I'm going to look for someone more willing to sell. And I could always throw in my bid again later i suppose. Anyways, good luck with auction ;)

Since this is not truly an official auction (the title is quite misleading) I need to clarify that I will need up to one week (official auction rules and should not take me that long) to clear out my existing shop.

To be fair, i know this seems like i did some shifty underhand thing. He messaged me in game first. just want to clarify that i didn't plan to pull out and then get it secretly o-o I know this looks bad ;_;

 

I never even considered that you, or kick, did anything shifty or underhanded. Players have the right to negotiate sales in whatever manner they wish.
The only issue I personally had was in the title - as this was not even close to an "official" auction. In fact, it was not even an auction at all and should have been titled as for sale instead imho.
That said, I am glad that you were both able to negotiate a sale that both parties were satisfied with!
