The Official CheesyVille Thread

Welcome, welcome. I'm CaptainCheesy, as you all should know me very well (Owner of Cheese Co. Supply ring any bells?). I have founded a new town, or CheesyVille, and I invite players of all Ranks to come and live in CheesyVille. Anyways, enough chatter. What follows is a simple yet complexly simple list of different Rules/ Regulations, things we have, things we DON'T have (It's a shame...), things to do, things you can't do, bla bla blabbidy bla. Town Info:

Common Rules:
#1: All ECC Rules/ Regulations are to be followed. You will be removed if any are found to be broken.
#2: You are allowed to build in/ on your plot boundaries, marked by their respective Slabs.
#3: Please refrain from using Foreign Languages. This is an English-Only Server, so please: let's keep it that way.
#4: There will be no Grief. Any grief will result in an immediate removal from the Town.
#5: Do not be offline for more than 7 Consecutive Days. If you are gone for longer, please let me, or a Co-Mayor know.
#6: No Mining in CheesyVille. This includes under any plot you purchase. Save Mining for the Mining World.
#7: Do not exceed your plot limits. We have very tight Zoning Laws, due to our limited space.
#8: Any disrespect towards any other Player (Bullying, Griefing, Harassment, etc.), you will be removed immediately.
#9: You must read all of our Rules/ Server Rules. Failing to do so will result in you being removed.
#10: You must follow all of our Rules/ Server Rules. Failing to do so will also result in you being removed.

Notes:
#1: If you Report a Member who has Griefed, you will receive a ECD Reward (The amount given depends on the size of the Grief.)
#2: If you are Griefed, I/ a Co-Mayor will NOT reimburse you. It is upon your own accord to Report the Player as best you can. If you lose Items out of a Chest, this is your own fault for not locking them.
#3: I, CaptainCheesy, can do TP, Water, and Basic Tool Repairs. Contact me if you need something repaired, someone Teleported, or Water placed.
#4: All Plot Purchases are FINAL. Absolutely NO Refunds.
#5: Feel free to help clear out some of the land. Just keep it at Y 64.
#6: Plot Combinations (called Plot Combos) cost a one time fee of $500 ECD.
#7: Adding a friend to your Plot costs a one time fee of $750 ECD.

Plot Information:
Plot Types:
Residential - This is where homes are made. You are not allowed to Farm, Mine, start Stores, or do anything else but live there, and store personal belongings.
Commercial - This is where you can set up a Store, a Storage Facility, or perhaps even a Company HQ. These plots are specific for Commercial Services only.
Industrial - This is where you build your Farms, or any other sort of production facility for your needs.
