Although these two towns have very similar names, their purpose(s) are very different.​

Sickenville:​

1. Now open to ALL ranks
2. Provides Plots

10x10=1k (250)
15x15=2k (500)
20x20=4k (1000)
All plots are restrcited to a height limit of y=80 (18 blocks above ground level). If you wish to build higher you must buy a skyscraper permit of which the costs are listed in parentheses next to each different plot size.

1. Public access to a 20x50x3 farm. (Pumpkins/melons/wheat/coco beans)
2. An extensive fishing area with rods available for purcahse
3. A Portal! (Level 15 back row)
4. A Town Shop
5. The Cookiemart owned and operated by knears2000 just steps away from the portal
6. A Repair Shop where you can purchase E-repairs
7. Public Maxed Enchanting Table
8. Friendly and Warming people who care

Now to move onto my next town Sicktropolis:
Tired of joining private farming towns and everytime you go there someone has mined ALL of the crop? Well no fear me friend! This town is a farming town. Whats that you ask? It is simply a 200x200 area dedicated to numerous amounts of farms. An extensive list will be posted below this. And for the best part, only 20 memberships will be sold to this town so you will have a chance to get a full harvest very frequently. The cost, only 20k, and thats not even the best part. To protect from major griefing, I will only be selling perms to Residents+! To make this deal even sweeter I will include a free 15x15 plot on ground level for you to make this new town feel all homey and such for you! I am taking reservations for the Perms, first come first serve. Just copy and paste the application below and the owners will take a look!


Heres what it comes down to. With your 20k entrance fee you get:

1. Perms to this ginormous farming town FOR LIFE!
2. A free 15x15 above ground plot
3. Free Water Placements

Its the little thing that matters isnt it? Well to appreciate all these things to make your experinece better here they are:

• The Farms are 3 blocks high to not feel so squished
• AFK rail will be added once first level is done to ensure crops grow swift!
• Town-Town portal from Sickenville which has a Spawn-Town Portal

Rules:
1. Server Rules
2. No building above y=95 so additional farms may be added in the future
3. Absolutely NO digging under plot, as you will grief the farms
4. If you are off over 14 days without notifying me your perms may be removed

A 200x100 pumpkin farm, rows added daily!
A 30x30x2 Wheat Farm in a beautiful building!

Town Update as of August 21nd, 2013

First level : Done! Yipeeeee
Second level: 100% clear, 75% planted
Third level: 100% clear, 0% planted
Application:
1. Do you have the required 20,000 ecodollars to join?
2. What are your in game ranks?
3. All owners have the right to temp ban you for 24 hours from town without a reason, within that 24 hours the owners will discuss the crimes you have committed and decide your fate. Do you understand this?
4. Absolutely zero refunds will be given once you have paid you are in for life, do you understand this?
5. Applications are looked at between 1-7 days, asking the owners constantly to check the forums will NOT speed up the processing time and may even slow it down. Do you understand this?
6. Are you friendly and willing to help with other people in the town?
