Because the farm is so big that it requires that much for me to feel compensated for digging it all out. And it is meant to be exclusive as only 20 perms are ever sold!

Yeah that is how I feel about my farm, when I am done it will be 20k for perms. Already have 2 people that have paid that for just my wheat, and reed floors lol. -
