I have returned to ECC and I would love to revive the only thing that still belongs to me - Volitcade City. If you read through the post above, you will find a very extensive post regarding plans for this empire. I would love to continue this project although I currently do not have any time to play just yet, so I will be asking anyone that is interested in this amazing project to join me in this. This empire will be a source of funds through plots and farms, you can also gain titles in this town. I will eventually start putting a lot of funds towards this project to keep it going, I just need to wait until I've finished building my PC.
If you wish to apply to assist me in this project, please follow the format below. Note that I will never pressure you into doing a lot of work, although it would be nice if you did still assist in the building of the town. Those that do a lot of work with the town will be rewarded with things like ECD, cash, titles etc. Those that are accepted into the town will be added as residents (Possibly some people owners in the future).
You do not have to be a god at building!
