I know I am probably being anal, but with money, this is my job.

"Each share in squidcon stock is $1,000 ecd. You can buy up to 500 shares! For each share you own in squidcon you get a weekly dividend of $50 ecd! (%0.05)"

$50 is 5.00% of $1000, not 0.05% where I am from. So my question is, are we getting five percent of our savings back per week, or five-hundreths of a percent back?

Is it five months, or 6 years I will make match my expense to my dividend return?

How many weeks of non-payment must accrue before I call 'foul' and request to be reimbursed my share cost back? I just would hate for the 'company' to be like, "Don't worry, you'll get paid, just be patient."
