Owned By: @liamfrench & @Delucaco The farm itself is build within a 400 long casing, 8 planting walls and 5 levels. The description, yes, is a bit confusing as it is not the typical build but below are some pictures for you to admire the build! So, why show you this awesome farm? Well, starting out we're paying to plant! As the farm is so large, it's going to take several days and possibly a week to complete all! As liamfrench and Delucaco are working IRL, we don't really have the time to commit to planting. We DO NOT want builders willing to place cocoa beans for 10 minutes and then /sell hand the rest of what we gave them, so we are looking for someone to contractually commit to the whole project and give us an idea of how long and how much they're willing to place for. How big is the farm? In all reality, there is no question this is a big a** farm. We needed someone to commit to placing around 64,000 cocoa beans! This will roughly take 3+ hours of planting, but can be a good off-time job from farming or whatever you like doing on ECC. How will we pay? Down to the gist of it, we do not pay anything upfront, and there is no negotiation for this at all. The cocoa beans will be given to plant and supplied on request, but we will provide no payment upfront as the project pay is based on your completion. So, in that respect, do not apply if you cannot accomplish the full replant! The pay is based on the amount of time you believe you can finish the project in. If you have a longer turnover, the pay will be less. If you have a quicker turnover, we will pay a bit more. As the farm has a fairly high net-profit, we can be lenient. We're looking paying around $20,000 - $40,000 ECD based on how quickly you can plant.
