    The World Delegation​

    I’m Presenting to you, the Mayors and Presidents of the Planet of Ecocitycraft, a brand new idea to be presented to this server, And Perhaps all of Minecraftia! I entitle this project the World Delegation!

    The World Delegation will act somewhat like the United Nations, which we have in the Real-World. A group of Nations (And in this case, Towns), come together every once in awhile to go through a group of ‘Proposals’. Each Nation or Town gets a single vote, So Prussia as a whole(Berlin, Athens, and future nations) get one singular vote, to keep Nations with four towns from Blocking singular towns votes.

    Each Nation/Town picks a single member of its town, and that member shall be the chosen “Delegate” for the next meeting. That delegate shall represent his or her nation/town in a grand meeting of all delegates, to vote on the chosen bills which have been presented to the “World Delegation”. The President/Mayor may be the delegate, but mind you, if no delegate arrives before role-call ends, you shall not receive a place in the current meeting.

    Bills work in a certain way, but there are many plausible bills that one can put forward. They include:

    Commending Bills

    B-C-1: Bill to Commend Andrew



    Condemnation Bills

    B.CDMN.1 - Bill to Condemn the users: BLT AND Potatoehero



    Action Bills



    Entrance Bills



    Ejection Bill



    Repeal Bills



    There is absolutely no cost to join the World Delegation, and there never shall be, though you are obligated to follow All bills put forth and approved by the World Delegation, even if you don’t like them, or you face the possibility of being Ejected from the World-Delegation, and even Condemned for such action.

    Mind you, each bill(aside from the Entrance Bill) Must has a specific reason as to why we are to vote for/against it, or it shall not be voted on Period.


    Voting

    In the Case of A bill being presented to the Delegation, and Voting is commenced, All delegates present shall receive their one vote, by flipping the switch in front of them. A lit light under their Sign on the Wall of Voting Declares they vote yes on this Bill, while an unlit Light declares they vote No on the bill.

    In the case of a majority voting No, or in the Case of a dead tie, the bill shall be denied, but in the case that a Majority of Present Delegates votes yes on this Bill, it shall be passed through with the World Delegation’s seal of approval.


    Applications

    To apply for membership in the World-Delegation, you must fill out the following application, and Post it in a response below. The Current members of the Delegation shall include your application with the other bills to be presented, and they shall vote on whether your town/nation is approved!

    This is a wonderful idea. Just, zomg. I cant belive you came up with this. But saddly, Im not signing up Soulwood and my upcoming nation for this :l

    My nation is solo, and I dont want anything interacting with it, except for the towns in the nation with eachother.

    I would like to propose a Bill to Condem ThePotatoHero and BLTwitch their city, "Ever City" is the reason Okeanos no longer exists, And the entrance to Club Mayor has since been ubstucted because of said movement.
