My town name is Oemva, but my nation will be Named Kal Barol, so if you could kindly make me the delegate of Kal Barol. Im also not too far away in funds either.

Yes and No.
If I become condemned or comended, I will gladly uphold it. Its part of being the world delegation
If its a decision to modify my towns physical and forum state, I wont uphold it.
