Welcome To TheComplex! A cozy, friendly 200x200 town Description: TheComplex a neighbouring town to TheCorridor, a 200x200 farm. TheComplex offers many different features, such as a small farm, plots ranging from 10x10-30x30, small and large condos, a big town shop, Thecorridor Portal, and deals for perms to TheCorridor farms when you buy a plot! It is a flat town, with a big, open brick town hall. There are 9 roads, and a map of all of them in the town hall. The town shop covers over 120 blocks and items, for a cheap price. The small town farm includes carrots and potatoes, for when you need food. If you wish to farm for more, please check out TheCorridor! Pricing: 10x10 = $500 10x15 = $750 10x20 = $1000 15x15 = $1o00 20x20 = $2000 30x30 = $4000 Small Condo = $500 Large Condo = $1000 Town Rules: 1. No Griefing! Only build on anothers plot when you have their permition! 2. Respect All Peers! Harassing, trolling, bullying or abuse will be taken very seriously. 3. Honesty! If you find an unlocked chest, please tell the owner and do NOT steal. 4. Style! We accept all houses, but please refrain from something like a dirt cube. 5. Building limits! You may build as high as you like, but do not go any further underwater than 4 blocks. 6. Shops and Trade! A max of 6 trade signs are allowed on each plot. If you need anything, check out the town hall! 7. Active! If a resident goes offline for more than 14 days without notifying a mayor, he/she will be evicted. 8. Living Space! A maximum of 3 people are allowed to live on a plot and one time. 9. Swearing! I don't mind the occasional cuss, but please refrain from doing so a lot. Condo Rules: 10. A maximum of 2 people can live in a condo at the same time. 11. Do not build in your condo. If you would like to build your own house, check out one of our plots! Signs are allowed on chests, though; for classification reasons. Town Farm Rules: 12. You must replant all farmed plants. Not doing so will count a grief! 13. Have fun! Enjoy your new home!
