Thessaly is now officially for sale!
My President town, Thessaly of Soviet Greece, is completely underwater with somewhat of a one-sided border. You will have to remove all the water, or pay someone to. Place a border, and clear some land.
If you do decide to purchase my town, I will be willing to apply for any features you want for the town. Such as Town Portal, Town Chat channel, etc. There is nothing there right now, except for water and the land under the water.
It will be bought as is and I am asking for $35,000 ECD. I will make a contract. I do not accept payment plans. I would like all the money up front. Prices are negotiable. Town is 200x200. Rising
